This step is initiated upon the selection of a grant opportunity and will be a collaborative process between the client and Boost Midwest, engaging our team in the entire grant writing process. A project plan and timeline are created for the grant development along with the collection of all necessary documents, answers and proposal components. An internal evaluator is also utilized to ensure that the quality of submission is to the highest standards.
Grant Management
Our team can assist in all areas of grant management from serving as the grant Project Management Team (PMT) to assisting in the reporting and monitoring execution for your recurring deadlines. Our team at Boost Midwest is composed of project coordinators and PMP certified Project Managers who focus on making sure you have the timely and high quality support at the level that meets your needs.

The Grant Readiness Audit phase of our grant services packages provides us an opportunity to learn more about your organization, identify strengths and areas of potential opportunity while analyzing what funding strategies best fit your organization’s structure and goals.
Funding Strategy
The Funding Strategy process is most often found alongside our Grant Readiness Assessment. This phase of our partnership will include a review of a variety of funding options that are available to your organization. These opportunities are provided to you for review and selection, if deemed appropriate. Additionally, our team provide monthly research support to keep our client's up to date and engaged with new opportunities in a timely manner.
